We offer graduate level workshops to train future generations of researchers in pedigree-based analysis (PBA), GWAS, genetic mapping, marker genotype imputation, population genetics, and tools for publication-ready visualization of phenotypic/molecular data. 

Consulting

We provide support to any public or private breeding program for their quantitative and molecular data analysis, except for crops which are already under contract. We take conflict of interest and privacy of data very seriously.

Our pipeline can incorporate raw marker data from any sequencing company or lab and provide DNA-based breeding insights as required.
